Cook on the Engine!!!

Many of you are aware of the inconvenience of eating at work. Many of you know there are two most commonly used locations on a locomotive to heat or reheat food. The first time someone showed me this, was with a can of soup. Heat up the can in the hottest spot, but don’t leave on too long or the can will explode. Not a pretty sight for you or the locomotive shop. Later, I wrapped a hotdog and bun in foil and enjoyed a nice snack in a fairly short time. Turns out, there are many things you can cook using this method. Just think camping. Here are some recipes that you will be sure love!
