Cook on the Engine!!!
Many of you are aware of the inconvenience of eating at work. Many of you know there are two most commonly used locations on a locomotive to heat or reheat food. The first time someone showed me this, was with a can of soup. Heat up the can in the hottest spot, but don’t leave on too long or the can will explode. Turns out, there are many things you can cook using this method. Just think camping. Here are some recipes that you will be sure love!
